So I have been sitting here in Mooloolaba after eating a delicious bowl of acai, nuts and fruity goodness. I feel amazing and full of energy. I then look down to the main part of the beach and see families devouring chips, chocolate, soft drinks and large amounts of stuff and think ‘How good does that make you feel?’ I have been on my health journey for a number of years now and know it can be difficult to make some dramatic changes from a processed food diet to one of good quality real foods. It’s difficult but so worth while!
Since I have been sitting here this morning I have been working on my soon to be released Tiny Chefs Gardening Program which I am so excited about launching in December. While working away I came across this fantastic YouTube clip all about how we can make a huge change in our own health, the health of our children and the health of our planet. A HUGE change. And it is pretty simple. It is so simple that my 7 year old cousin has done it. My 3 year old has helped me do it. Neighbours are getting in on it too. It is to build your own garden. You don’t even need that much space! If you have a window ledge or balcony you have space.
