Once you have created a morning routine you have to have some good strategies in place so that you can stick to it. After all, what is the point of having a beautiful morning routine that you dont actually do?
It took me a while to actually do my routine more often than just while the excitement still existed. Some of the things I did included:
Setting my alarm so that I had to get up (and moving it to the doorway so I couldnt put on the snooze)
- Having my morning walk wear all clean
- Chopping up the ingredients the night before for my Green Smoothie
- Making sure I had all the ingredients for breakfast ready the night before
- Tidying up the house the night before (so that I didnt waste my morning time doing last nights dishes)
