You have to try these delicious and simple Oat Biscuits.
1 1/2 cups of oats
3/4 cup of shredded coconut
pinch of salt
3 tbsp of coconut oil
1 small banana
1/4 cup of soaked dates
1/4 cup of water
Dark chocolate for drizzling on top.
– preheat oven 180 degrees – blend wet ingredients well in a blender – mix together dry ingredients. – combine dry and wet ingredients – line the baking tray with baking paper or coconut oil – shape dough into the desired size and shape – bake for approx 12 min, or until golden brown – wait at least 10 minutes before drizzling chocolate on top.
Be creative! You can use an apple instead of a banana and you could also add sultanas or dried apricots if want.
